We are delighted to welcome on board our first associate based outside of the UK, in preparation for our plans to expand into the Middle East.
Nermeen Amr has recently joined the Management Dynamics team following almost a decade of leading Learning and Development at Mars Inc in Developing Middle East and Africa, and co-leading the global Mars “Make the Difference” programme alongside the Mars Global Engagement Director.
As an American Egyptian, who has lived between both worlds, and through her global exposure, she has managed to bring different cultures closer together. She is currently based in Cairo. She brings years of experience working with management teams & leaders in a variety of ways – Strategy setting, coaching, leadership development, team member development, team engagement, employee engagement survey action planning, and change management.
Over the past few years, her in depth experience expanded to high performance development for teams, working with highly diverse cross functional teams spread out over a variety of locations. She has worked with individuals, intact teams, management teams and cross-functional teams all over the world, including India, Dubai, Europe, Africa, the Middle East and the USA.
Nermeen’s career highlight was being selected out of 100,000 associates to co-lead the global “Make the Difference” at Mars. In particular, co-hosting the global “Make the Difference” finals in Washington D.C. and working directly with members of the Mars family, was an exhilarating experience.
Nermeen holds a Masters in Business Administration with a Marketing major. She is also a certified Holistic Life, Career & Executive Coach, MBiT (Multiple Brain Integration Technique) Coach, Lominger Voices 360 Coach, Certified Prosci Change Management, Situational Leadership, Everything DISC and MBTI practitioner.
Nermeen is firm believer that true leadership happens when it starts and unfolds from the heart.
Outside of the work of Learning and Development, she also finds time to be a Spin Instructor as well as enjoying yoga, reading and travel, and volunteering with the AFS (Intercultural Exchange programs)
Nermeen is excited to be joining our team and is looking forward to being part of the new chapter in the Management Dynamics story.
