Deckers were looking for a tailored programme to certify their EMEA HR team in the Korn Ferry Leadership Architect toolset which was used globally

Deckers have a dispersed HR team spread across the globe. The HR team in EMEA wanted to ensure consistency in knowledge, skills and processes and be able to support the business with the best in class tools. Korn Ferry Leadership Architect had been used in Deckers for many years and with many changes in the HR EMEA team there was inconsistent knowledge and skills.
We created two inhouse programmes:
1. Certification on the core of Leadership Architect, Interview Architect and Voices 360 for the whole Team. This took place over intensive days.
2. Senior HR leaders’ certification on Talking Talent Succession Planning process and Learning Agility as a way to identify potential. Followed by certification in Via Edge , a Psychometric Assessment of Learning Agility.
Both Programmes were very successful and enables the whole team to talk the same language, be confident and consistent when working with managers and leaders across the Deckers World and to share ideas on how they could further utilise the tools.
The tailored in house programmes were well received, scoring an average of 4.8 out of 5. The participants all felt confident and applied what they had learned straight away. The Senior HR leaders ran the most successful talking talent and succession planning process yet, with managers thanking them for a very productive session and pleased with the practical actions resulting from the conversations.
We ran a 1 day Masterclass 6 months later to consolidate and then share ideas and best practices. This added to the confidence and knowledge of the team, and provided an opportunity to extend their ideas on how to use the tools in still further ways.
